Keeping gladioli happy in a vase

-

Gladioli are one of the most long-lived cut flowers. Place a bunch in a vase and they will display themselves in an artistic manner, without any talent on your part. Well-fed last longest. Cut when the first flowers show just a hint of colour and in the morning before they wilt – the rest will open over the next few weeks. Be sure to change the water every few days.
