CHOCOLATE TRICKS

A fab new product to hit the supermarket baking aisle from Dr Oetker is Easy Choc. Simply microwave for a few seconds and you have perfectly melted chocolate ready to dip or drizzle. We made the ultimate chocolate dipped strawberries (above), and then let Easy Choc set slightly to make chocolate button decorations. Available in milk and white chocolate varieties, RRP $4.
