Quins & quads

-

Born in 1950, the Sara quads (above) were Australia’s first surviving quadruplets, and their mother, Betty, the most famous mother in Australia. Through The Weekly we followed their milestones, from meeting the Queen in 1953 to heading off to school in 1955. The fascination with multiple births continued with the arrival of New Zealand’s Lawson quins in 1965.
