Can you tell the difference?

-

The two fruits can be distinguished by their colour, shape and flavour. Papaya

(on the right) is usually pear shaped, has green/yellow skin with red flesh and a sweeter flavour, while papaw (left) is usually round, has yellow/ orange skin with yellow flesh and is less sweet. Serve simply with a squeeze of lime or add to salads and smoothies. One serving (150g) provides a healthy dose of folate, fibre, and vitamins C and A, which helps keep your immune system, gut health and skin in check.
