Kate keeps it simple

CAIRNS Regional Council is considering a street name change at White Rock to simplify a complicated section of road from Ray Jones Drive through to Kowinka St. The Kate St link was built in 2014 with the major Bruce Hwy upgrade and currently consists of four individual street names — Links Dr, Grundy St, Jackson Dr and Maconachie St. The council is considering renaming all streets within the link, from the Kowinka St intersection, as Kate St.
