Teen strife over a bike

EDMONTON detectives have charged a 14-year-old Manoora boy as part of ongoing investigations into a series of property offences.

The boy was found with a 20-year-old man on Accatino St about 10.30pm on Monday.

Officers spoke with the pair and noticed a bicycle in their possession which was similar in description to one stolen from a southside residence.

The bike, with a replacement value of $5000, was seized and investigations revealed it had been stolen.

The boy was charged with receiving stolen property.
