We pay and Manning pats himself on the back, promoting how well he’s done in the budget. That money could be much better used. Pat, Woree Thanks Bob and team for great achievements in our city to date under your rule. Boring budget? A fair budget I say. Keep up the good work you are delivering to the ratepayers.
