JAMIE TOP CATCH

ON the QBL front, it sounds like Jamie O’Loughlin may be in line to replace Jamie Pearlman as Marlins coach. It is the obvious appointment with Pearlman and Mick Downer before him coaching the QBL club while they were on the Snakes bench. O’Loughlin (right) has had success before at the level when he led Geelong in the SEABL. QBL-winning coach Joel Khalu is back in the Far North and would be a suitable candidate if he was considered.
