Online seminars to promote parenting

-

AUTHOR and psychologist, Michael Hawton, will host his parenting course ‘Talk Less Listen More’ LIVE as an interactive webinar over three weeks this June.

Join one of Australia’s leading experts in managing difficult behaviour, to learn simple and practical solutions that will help you teach your children to develop self-control and resilience.

Mr Hawton is a registered psychologist, trained teacher, author, international speaker, media commentator and father of two.

Ranked in the top three programs across Australia with more than 110,000 past participants, the online series aims to be more accessible to parents unable to attend the event in person at Byron Bay.

Over the three sessions, parents will be taught how to help their kids learn not to overreact, and build emotional maturity and resilience to improve success in school.

Parents will also gain confidence through strategies to reduce conflict in their household.

Parents can tune in online or join Mr Hawton in person on Thursday, June 14, for the first session.

This will be broadcast live from Byron Bay Community Centre from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

The following two webinars will be also be streamed live on June 21 and 28, 6.30pm-8.30pm.

Registrants who complete all three Talk Less Listen More LIVE webinars will be automatically entered into the draw to win one of three accommodation packages to Byron Bay.

The prize includes a twonights stay in a brand new one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to four guests. For more information visit www.parentshop.com.au/ talk-less-listen-more-live their
