Scotty, Gordonvale Re: the number of speeding fines handed out in school zones (CP,22/5). There seems to be a misunderstanding that motorists do this deliberately. I think not. I am concerned that the problem is really a lack of recognition that motorists are entering a school zone and hence travel at the normal 50 or 60 km/h speed.
