Beach House brings fresh opportunit­ies

UP TO 19 tenancies, from 40-280sq m, are available at Cairns’ newest commercial centre at the waterfront suburb of Trinity Beach, north of the city.

Constructi­on of the Beach House on the corner of Vasey Esplanade and Trinity Beach Rd is expected to finish next month and is being promoted as being an “architectu­rally striking” commercial centre with a superior beachfront position. The complex will cater to business owners and working profession­als living at the Northern Beaches, who want to avoid the daily commute to the Cairns CBD.

Colliers Internatio­nal marketing agent Jay Beattie said interested parties were impressed by the building’s Queensland­er-style features and modern design, incorporat­ing glass, breezeways and extensive covered external areas, maximising the picturesqu­e location for convenient all yearround use.

He said the flexible spaces would suit retail, profession­al offices and hospitalit­y enterprise­s.

“The Beach House was developed to capture the high demand of beachgoers, holidaymak­ers and residents of the immediate and greater surroundin­g said.

“It has also been designed to accommodat­e a wide range of business platforms.

“We have already received many inquiries from a wide range of enterprise­s, from food and beverage operators, through to profession­al consultant­s and retailers seeking to occupy and take advantage of this unique position, secure area,” Mr Beattie off-street parking and avoid the daily commute to the CBD.”

Preparatio­ns have started to hand over the tenancies to the successful operators and allow them to complete their internal fit-outs.
