IT was an ill-thought-out decision when Malcolm Turnbull and Julie Bishop ratified the Paris Agreement in 2015 because the Coalition government never researched the agreement in detail.

However, the media is reporting that the Turnbull government that signed it, will now stick by it.

With ever increasing heavy and local traffic into the future it is absolutely imperative that a tunnel be built leaving the existing range road for tourist traffic, including buses.
