Six new Earlville retail tenancies available
HOME to Cairns’ newest fast food drive-through, Earlvillage has another six retail tenancies which are set to transform Earlville.
Think Commercial managing director Adam Adams said the site at the corner of 508-512 Mulgrave Road would change the landscape of commercial business on Cairns’ south-side.
“We have had the corner position since 2006 and it was a display yard, and I saw it as a wonderful opportunity to turn it into retail,” he explained.
“We attracted national tenants — the big one we got in at the time was Blockbuster and NightOwl, and we had Cold Rock for some time. But next door, we always saw that as an opportunity, too. Being in one of best intersections in Cairns, people are always looking for convenience, and being on Balaclava Rd, it will be great for customers
“As far as creating a service for the neighbourhood, the new tenancies have been designed in a way to attract offices such as taxation, legal, hair and beauty.” Mr Adams said interest in the properties was encouraging.
The end tenancy was a prime location for any professional service firm or real estate agency offering full glass frontage on both Balaclava and Mulgrave roads and direct access to the brand new 30-bay car park off Balaclava Rd. Sizes start from 89 sqm.
“Earlvillage is on one of the busiest intersections with an excess of 40,000 cars passing the village (daily) on Mulgrave Rd,” Mr Adams said.
“The area is a proven location that continues to deliver a heavy and consistent customer base for existing nearby businesses within the current centre making it an ideal spot for operators seeking to strengthen their business via expansion.”
Longstanding tenants including NightOwl, Dominos, Yummy Noodle, Miss India, Red Beret Bottleshop and Earlville Laundromat.
