WoW is a program which helps direct our thoughts to activities in each of the above domains, things which we can do to improve our moods, reduce the risk of depression, strengthen relationships, keep us healthy and even add years to our lives. Being such a simple and effective evidence-based framework, WoW is an ideal tool to use with children and young people in providing practical skills which can help maximise mental health and prevent mental health issues arising.
