Owning piece of Serenity
Palm Cove ready for the taking
CONSTRUCTION is set to start on a collection of just 12 homes within walking distance of a famous Far North beach.
Buyers have the opportunity to own a slice of Palm Cove as sales of properties at 150 Argentea Boulevard begin.
The Serenity development is now selling off-plan and villas can be secured with as little as a 10 per cent deposit.
Construction is due to start in early 2019.
Ray White Cairns Beaches principal Paul Stirling said the homes were priced from $550,000 and would appeal to a variety of buyers.
“This is an opportunity for buyers to own a piece of Palm Cove, the jewel of Queensland’s tropical north with pristine rainforests, warm tropical waters and a world-class mountain bike and golf course on your doorstep,” he said.
“Two of the homes are freestanding and they all have varying-sized yards that are easy to maintain, meaning they will appeal to buyers who want to live here full time, or people who want to lock and leave.
“The small community will be able to take advantage of the 15-metre central lapping pool, with an option of a personal pool, and a limited number of villas have side access for boats and motorhomes.
“The development is only 30 minutes north of Cairns or south of Port Douglas.”
Mr Stirling said there had been consultation with the local community over the design.
“I’ve been in Cairns for a number of years and we know how important it is for the locals to have their say on a development like this,” he said.
“We sought community comment on the development prior to release and we’re proud to say that some of the designs and finishes are as a result of that community involvement.
“Local amenities are a real drawcard here with the development only 1km to Palm Cove cafes and restaurants. Or you can choose to take in the sunset view with the family pet, as they are also permissible.”
