Hall will find his groove

THE sack Devon Hall brigade have been out on social media over the last week or so but I think he needs more time.

Teammate DJ Newbill provided a fascinating insight into rookie Hall recently.

“Devon does so much more for us than shooting the ball,” Newbill said. “He is one of the most professional players that I have ever been around, with his hard work, his leadership and his mindset.

“He is always positive and he is fun to be around.”

In the club’s first five games this season, whenever a call does not go the Taipans way or something along those lines, Hall is always the first to call his teammates into a huddle and talk about it, instead of complaining.

It may only be a little thing but it shows his maturity, despite his rookie status.

Devon will find his way soon enough.
