Age of child responsibility

-

I FIND it hard to comprehend the difference between when juveniles are responsible for their actions, and the other juveniles, who are not responsible for and their actions.

It is daily reported by the media and in the police reports of, the juvenile crime, home invasions, robberies, assaults, car stealing, evasion of the police attempted interception, sometimes resulting in fatalities on our roads and streets.

These juvenile offenders are not named, pictures are not published, no details of the punishment, if any is passed down, as they are juveniles, they are not responsible for their alleged actions.

These juveniles are no doubt 100 per cent aware of what they are doing, assaults, robberies, stealing vehicles as they are stealing, and using these illicit gains, for their own benefits.

But the law protects them, saying they can’t be identified, as under aged and not responsible for their actions. They continually reoffend, with no worry of punishment or deterrent.

They need to be held totally responsible or their parents and guardians.

There is a need to take responsibility and provide recompense for the losses and damages to the victims.

We now have brainwashed juveniles, used as pawns by the left-wing teachers and parents with their idealism ideas using the underaged children to protest, Adani, climate change, bleaching, save the reef, fracking, neutral gender or other leftist idealism protests.

These juveniles, many, with little, or no comprehension of what they are protesting about, and don’t know why they, are now being exploited, and are called responsible.

These juvenile protesters are named, their pictures are published on all media outlets. Publicity for the cause.

The juveniles involved in criminal activities are deemed not responsible for their actions.

The juvenile protesters, are deemed to be responsible citizens, names, vision supplied, and applauded by the media.

This is a complete pandemonium as all juveniles need to be responsible for their actions. Viv Smith, Earlville
