SEVEN beginners to the Tableland Company of Archers Layne and Wes Offner, Adam Tolley, Bianca and Loz Le’Gear, Lily Stein and Alan Whitton attended the coaching session with George Neilson while Will Smith, Jemma Denigan and Angus Hodgetts shot practice. Three members shot 72-arrow rounds. The club welcomed Adam Tolley as a new member. Results of Launceston round (consists of 36 arrows each at 50 and 30m on an 80cm face): Veteran men’s compound, R Hodgetts 615; open men’s compound, R Wachtler 603. Results of AA 40/720 round (consists of 72 arrows each at 40m on a 122cm): Intermediate boys’ compound, V Falvo 614. No coaching will be conducted for visitors and beginners next Sunday as the coach will be attending a compound seminar in Brisbane. Members will shoot a 72-arrow round.
