The alleged suicide of Jeffrey Epstein (CP, 12/08) is too convenient for too many rich and powerful people. Epstein allegedly had an “in the event of my death, here’s the evidence” insurance as
a deterrent to his own premature “suicide”. The guards at the prison he was in are alleging he was “swapped out” and replaced by someone who fought hard against being hung. Photos of the dead man’s ear show assault trauma and don’t match Epstein’s ear. There are more questions than ever now.

Ayers Rock didn’t have any Aboriginals there when I first visited 45 years ago. No facilities apart from the old rundown motel. As Lasseter Hwy got better more people visited. New accommodation built and then humpys popped up made of straw and perma pine posts? Suddenly it’s a sacred site. Why? Money of course. Now it’s to be used to get more money out of taxpayers.

Congratulations to all the ladies who went to so much trouble and expense to dress up for the Cairns Cup race day. You all looked magnificent and you all deserved to win.

The movie The Hunt was cancelled, not because it was satire (CP, 12/08), but because the increasing rejection of democratic principles by the US Left has reached a level that would see them using the movie as a how-to guide.

Northern Pride hitting new lows. Maybe sack the board who sacked the legend Rod Jensen in 2016?
Not happy, Teza
The RBA (CP, 12/08) has lost the plot. They want to “stimulate the economy” by “increasing public sector pays”. These socalled experts believe if we pay our most useless workers more we’ll all be richer for it. Yep, and when I pull on the handbrake my car goes faster.
