Take on your mates and back a winner to collect $25k

- PAIGE CARDONA

WELCOME to the inaugural season of SuperCoach Racing.

Take the role of head trainer and choose the ultimate stable from the Spring Carnival’s best horses and jockeys.

Working within a salary cap, select a stable of 10 horses and one jockey each round and prepare for a tilt at winning nine rounds that will include the Cox Plate, The Everest, as well as the Caulfield and Melbourne cups. Each round, the real-life performance of each of your starting 11, as assessed by Punters Stats, will contribute points to your total.

You’ll face the challenge of dealing with selections and late scratchings. However, you’ll be able to make unlimited trades before each new round, which will allow you to have a full stable for every meeting. The 2019 SuperCoach Racing winner walks away with $25,000.

Plus, the topscoring trainer in every round gets a Premium Kayo Package subscription for three months.

THE BASICS

SALARY CAP

The cap is $2 million. Horses will fluctuate in price each round, the same as other SuperCoach games.

TEAM STRUCTURE

TRADES

LOCKOUTS

LEAGUES

Pit your stable against your mates by creating or joining up to 10 leagues.

Leagues are unlimited however there are no head-to-head matches like other SuperCoach games.

ROUNDS

The competition is split into nine distinct rounds over the course of a three-week period across the Spring Carnival.

SCORING SYSTEM

The SuperCoach scoring system has been devised to reflect points from first to 10th position for horses, and from first to third for jockeys. Bigger points are on offer for Group 1 races and The Everest.
