Shane, Kanimbla Spot on Rita. The swamps in US, Britain are being exposed. Let’s not forget Australia. Our government, denying the lying cheating banks, has revealed our ‘swamp’. Stevos. Manoora Some very unrealistic sentencing in the courts as reported in the Cairns Post (17/09). How much longer will these despicable criminal acts go virtually unpunished? He did not have a licence to drive in the first place and pleaded guilty to killing someone with dangerous driving, unlicensed, drunk, assault and wilful damage and he gets a release date of Nov 2020. Oh but wait, he will be banned from driving for two years. Lost for words. Alice, Palm Cove That “born-to-rule elite” that Rita Panahi speaks of only numbers around 40,000 people - all with an astounding number of interconnections. Almost everyone reading this isn’t in it. Joanne, Manunda Germany seems determined to destroy its car makers. It sets regulatory standards that technology cannot meet and then applies massive fines when car makers dodge them (CP, 17/09).
