Exposure level is sky-high
A FORMER car rental agency space, offering unrivalled positioning at the entrance to Cairns Airport, has hit the Far Northern commercial property market.
The former Atlas Car and Truck Rental property at 410 Sheridan St, Cairns North, is being offered up to a prospective industrial tenant by Colliers International, Cairns.

Atlas was placed in voluntary administration on October 22 and ceased trading in Australia about two months later.
The Melbourne-based car and truck rental agency, which had two outlets in Cairns, had been operating nationwide for more than 20 years.
