Sadly as the current crisis engulfed us, I watched a couple walking out of Cairns Central shopping centre on March 4 with 192 rolls of toilet paper. A massive 48 pack in each hand and massive grins. Panic buying? Hoarding? Selfish? Probably all. There comes a time when this type of greed and selfish behaviour needs to be called out. Aged and ill members of our community are being directly affected by your anti-social actions. I’ll call you out every time I see you in the street. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
