Marketing firm adds to design talent pool
THREE years after unveiling their new brand, Forte Marketing has announced a new addition.
Highly regarded local graphic designer Kirrah Ross recently joined Louise Ottewell and Darren Baines’ expanding team.
With more than 10 years’ industry experience, Ms Ross – who has worked with the pair – said she was excited to once again be able to help bring their creative visions to life.
“I have always enjoyed working on a wide variety of projects with different requirements and I love what Forte
Marketing has done for their clients,” she said.
“It’s refreshing to be involved so closely and be given the creative freedom to try new things.
“I particularly love that Darren and Louise put the needs of their clients first but at the same time, they will push them to consider stepping outside of their comfort zone when necessary, if it’s for a good reason.
“It’s easy to get stuck in a rut and continue with the ‘this is the way we have always done it’ mindset which could mean clients are missing out on opportunities for success.”
With countless new websites launched, ongoing social media campaigns being rolled out for clients, and a unique full-service search engine optimisation (SEO) solution to help businesses rank higher on Google, Forte Marketing works with some highly regarded local companies as well as for businesses in Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales.
Mr Baines said times were changing and it was important companies evolved their marketing strategies during such uncertainty.
‘’We have worked hard to deliver unique, effective marketing solutions to our clients since we first opened our doors,” he said.
“Taking the time to understand
LOUISE OTTEWELL our clients’ needs, applying our first-hand marketing experience and combining that with a consistent high level of service, has enabled us to continue to grow and our clients to get real results. That being said, we are not resting on our laurels, which is important at this unprecedented time.
“Most of us have had, or will have to, adapt the way we do business which means finding different marketing solutions than may have been implemented previously.”
Ms Ottewell said having Ms Ross on board was “a big plus for our business”.
“Kirrah’s work is exceptional and she understands the importance of ensuring our clients stand out from the competition,” she said. “We have the experience of a big city business, but we also have extensive local knowledge through attending regular business events and keeping abreast of marketing trends.
“Times are challenging but we aren’t ones to sit still – there are always ways we can use marketing effectively to help grow businesses, even while external forces are at play.
“We must be agile and forward thinking now more than ever.’’
