On state borders
Good on you Annastacia for keeping QLD safe. If the Liberal Party gives the go ahead to let Chinese uni students back in the country too soon all your good work will be undone.
Steve, Edge Hill (CP, 23/06). There’s only two COVID factors that matter: “rate of spread”; and, “infection fatality rate”. In Australia both are well below ordinary seasonal flu. Closing the border to travellers from China has resulted in fewer flu variants, too. That was all we had to do. The rest isn’t COVID damage - it’s havoc wreaked by our panic-stricken politico-bureaucratic class.
Higgs, Tolga discussion on whether or not black people are racist against anyone not black. So, are there no racist black people. Are we to believe that racism is always only one way?

Bravo Bill Bates (CP, 22/06) for intelligently and accurately portraying the current precarious state our society, and much of the West, finds itself in after years of pandering to vociferous minority groups blindly posturing as the saviours of the “underprivileged” and the “oppressed”. Concluding his expose Bill stated “… the indoctrinated pseudo intellectual social justice warriors, destroying from within what our enemies outside our gates could never breach.” I’m afraid though, our gates have already been breached by the enemy outsiders who have indoctrinated our society’s dullards and rabblerousers, intent on being as controversial as they possibly can be, and who have looked to the future they are attempting to create with all the forethought of a flock of sheep. No foreign army required to knock us over Bill.

Tony, Cairns (CP, 23/06). We have empty shops, hotels, low population, high crime, mass unemployment, thanks to the likes of Entsch, Katter and Pitt, who are not supporting industry with dams, power stations or a decent, double line FNQ railway line, to save billions of litres of fuels and prevent fatalities on Bruce Hwy. All we got is fat cat politicians, only interested in building entertainment venue shrines to themselves.

Re: Tony (CP, 23/06). Tony I can remember years ago when we used to pick up fruit/veggies along the road to Brisbane Markets and then bring the same items back. At a guess, I think that the farmers had to go through the markets in order to get paid.
