If you’re looking for a new crime podcast, Black Hands has a massive following for good reason. It tells the story of a mass murder in New Zealand in 1994 – David Bain discovered five members of his family shot dead. Since then there have been two suspects – David and his father Robin.

Love Fame Tragedy is the side project for Murph from the Wombats, with their debut album Wherever I Go, I Want to Leave released today. He recorded some of the album in Sydney when he spent time here during the bushfires. Local singer Jack River guests on two tracks, as does Gang Of Youths’ guitarist Joji Malani.

The Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is replaying its Kids Marathon on the MSO Facebook page tomorrow from 10am. Experience a conducting course with maestro Ben Northey and hear from comedian Scott Edgar (Tripod) about the history of classical music, make an instrument and then learn how to make music with it.
