Do you get your five a day?

Five coffees? Yes. I do try to have a good balance though nutrition wise. Everything in moderation is my thing.

Have you ever dieted?

Yes I have dieted. But more health kicks than diets. I am currently dieting now. I am doing Jenny Craig because it is easy, food delivered to my door. Having a business and a young baby, I don’t have the mental capacity to meal plan. This is a really simple and easy way for me to get rid of my postpartum excess weight by following a menu and I am actually really enjoying it. It is great.

Sleep or sex?

Currently sleep, I have a six-month-old so most definitely sleep. But that will hopefully change soon.

What is your absolute blowout meal?

McDonald’s all the way. When I do, a Big Mac goes down a treat, a fillet of fish is also good. I pretty much like it all. I enjoy it in the moment and then feel horrendous after though, isn’t that always the case with fast food? I indulge maybe every six months or so. It is good to treat yourself.

Have you had any operations or broken bones?

I have nothing worth mentioning but my husband (Cameron Merchant) had an epic football accident when he was 14, shattered his legs and growth plate, so badly, it stunted his growth. So basically he really is the 6ft tall dark and handsome man I wished for.

What’s been your biggest health mistake?

Not getting enough sleep. Nowadays it is from binge watching TV into the wee hours. And in my 20s, it was because I never stopped and was constantly out and about or working.

What regular vitamins do you take?

Ashwagandha for general wellbeing and Nutra Organics’ Collagen Beauty for hair, skin and nails. I have also been using the range of ELEVIT Vitamins throughout different stages of motherhood.

What health advice would you have given yourself 10 years ago?

Start stretching pronto. Just because I think from being pregnant through COVID and I really wasn’t very mobile, I feel like the Tin Man sometimes where I need some oil in my joints to move. Stretching I think from a younger age would have been a very good

Would you have plastic surgery? Botox?

I’d never say never, but doubt I would have plastic surgery. I believe you should be comfortable in your own skin and that is how I have always tried to live my life.

What is your guilty pleasure in life?

A pina colada … and Botched the TV show.
