Good wind conditions for our benchrest for score rimfire competition over 50m and 100 yards brought a large number of shooters to the range.

Next week’s competition is a two card international rimfire benchrest event over 50m with two details at 9am and noon. Tuesday’s and Thursday’s social shoots start at 9am and 8.15am respectively.
MOSSMAN & DISTRICT RIFLE CLUB
Five members shot double 600 metres on Saturday, June 12, at the Mossman and District Rifle Range. The conditions were mild and overcast.

TABLELANDS COMPANY OF ARCHERS
Nine members of the Tableland Company of Archers came together at club grounds today for a club shoot. Four members shot scoring rounds while others practised with the guidance of our club coach George. Mareeba wind was almost none existing but some small showers stepped in instead. A great day after all at the archery grounds.
Results: Launceston round (consists of 36 arrows at 50m and 30m each) – Robert Hodgetts 641, Daniel Teelow 681 (PB). WA 50/720 round (consists of 72 arrows at 50m) – Helen Bochow 508, Vittorio Falvo 604.
