HARRY THROWS THE BOOK AT ROYAL FAMILY

-

LONDON: Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice have reportedly been left “stunned” by Prince Harry’s tell-all publishing deal, which includes one book that will only be released after the Queen’s death.

Harry’s first book has been touted as an explosive memoir, which he vows would examine the “highs and lows” of his extraordinary life.

The memoir is said to be part of a four-book deal that may be worth up to $54m – with the second to be released after his grandmother dies.

Eugenie has long been close with her first cousin and is said to have played a key role in Harry meeting his wife Meghan Markle.

Industry insiders have warned the “tell-all” premise of Harry’s memoir was just the “tip of the iceberg”.

It comes as Prince Harry’s remaining belongings have been taken from Frogmore Cottage and placed in storage.

According to The Sun, Windsor Castle staff stripped the Sussexes’ living quarters and bedroom after Prince Harry flew back to California following the unveiling of Princess Diana’s memorial statue on July 1.

It is not known who ordered his belongings, said to include framed pictures, to be boxed up and left at the nearby castle.

But it has sparked claims Harry and Meghan may never return to Frogmore and will hand the luxury cottage back when the rental deal runs out next April.

His cousin Eugenie now has the run of the cottage with her husband Jack and son August.

Royal sources say it is “impossible to conceive” the couple will return for next year’s Queen’s Platinum Jubilee after Harry agreed to pen a tell-all memoir.
