A SERVICE station boasting 93m of frontage to one of Far North Queensland’s most travelled roads has been offered for sale.
The Mobil service station in Mourilyan is located about 7km south of Innisfail on a highly exposed corner and offers an internal building area of 164sq m and four pump stations.
The total land area equals 1687sq m.
Also included in the sale is a tenanted house, garage and carport at the rear of the property.
Marketing agent Danny Betros of CBRE Cairns said the service station was currently leased to Trinity Petroleum Services on a 10-year lease with three additional five -year lease options. The current 10year lease was signed in October 2017.
“Alongside this, the residence is rented for a one-year term, commencing November 20, 2021,” he said.
“This tenanted investment brings in a total net rental of $139,396.

According to information supplied by CoreLogic the property at 26 Bruce Highway, Mourilyan, sold for $1.76m in April 2019.
The property is listed as being owned by The Northern Frontier Foundation, founded by Cairns businessman Dean Pradal.
