It’s a birth certificate for a reason … it gives information about the “birth” of a person. That should not change. I’m sure they could come up with some other form of ID to do an amendment.

I saw a jogger on the Esplanade run into a young kid. I think we should ban all joggers, runners and power walkers from our footpaths. They can all share the road like the lycra-wearing bike riders.
