LEADING logistics company Auson Express has secured a high-quality tilt panel office/ warehouse at Coopers Plains in Brisbane’s south.
The property, at 8/256 Musgrave Rd, Coopers Plains, was leased in a deal negotiated by Alex Smith, of Ray White Industrial Milton.
Mr Smith said the new tenant had transitioned to the site from a nearby industrial complex in the same suburb.
“The tenant was attracted to the quality of the office fitout and the overall presentation of the building,” Mr Smith said.
“The property was also offered as a ‘turn key’ scenario, allowing the tenant to commence operations from day one of their lease commencement.”
Mr Smith said the property had about 140sq mof office space and 170sq m of clearspan, column-free warehouse.

Auson Express has taken out a 2 + 1-year lease at a gross rental of about $37,000 per annum.
