There are heaps of things to do in Toowoomba this weekend

1. Felton Food Festival

WHEN: Tomorrow, 9am to 4pm

WHERE: 64 Bryces Rd

THE Felton Food Festival is back.

There will be celebrity chefs and gardeners, up to 70 stalls selling locally grown fresh produce, food stalls, music and other entertainm­ent.

A question and answer tent will be a place for farmers to tell their stories about the food they grow and give visitors an opportunit­y to ask questions.

2. Rotary Ride the Range

WHEN: Tomorrow, registrati­ons from 5.30am

WHERE: Picnic Point

GET involved in this year’s Rotary Ride the Range.

Entries are streaming in for Ride the Range 2017 with many businesses getting on board for the corporate challenge.

Ride the Range is south west Queensland’s most popular community cycling event.

It was initiated by the Rotary Club of Toowoomba aims to raise significan­t and vital funds for Australian Rotary Health Projects and RACQ Lifelight Rescue.

This year’s event will once again start and finish at Picnic Point.

3. Toowoomba Hospice Masquerade Ball

WHEN: Today, 6.30pm

WHERE: Picnic Point

THE ball is an event not to be missed.

There will be an auction, raffles and live music so dress up and don't forget a mask.

Tickets include a four hour drinks package,

entertainm­ent, canapes and a two-course meal consisting of main and dessert.

4. Toowoomba Zombie Walk

WHEN: Today, 3pm WHERE: St Saviour’s Primary School

EACH year Toowoomba's undergroun­d world of zombies, slayers and their survivors are called upon to participat­e in the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation's Zombie Walk.

The Zombie Walk caters to a large audience from young children right through to parents.

It costs $10 for adults, $5 for children under 12, under five is free or $20 for a family of two adults and two kids.

5. Zonta Grand Homes Tour

WHEN: Tomorrow WHERE: Various locations around Toowoomba

TOOWOOMBA is home to more than 50 of Queensland's heritage listed sites and some

of the most impressive classic and modern homes in the region.

The tour will raise funds for the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation and the Toowoomba Child Protection Week Pantomine.

6. 50th Anniversar­y of Toowoomba Mountainee­rs

WHEN: Tomorrow, midday WHERE: USQ Clive Berghofer Recreation Centre

ALL past and present Mountainee­rs players, sponsors, parents, supporters and volunteers are invited to attend a weekend of celebratio­ns.

Tomorrow will be a Mountainee­rs v Bullets basketball game at USQ's Clive Berghofer Recreation Centre.

7. Toowoomba Grammar School art show

WHERE: Toowoomba Grammar School

EVERYONE is invited to see the wide range of art from 200 artists with 600 paintings. Entry is $5.

8. Handmade Art and Craft Market

WHEN: Tomorrow, 9am to 2pm WHERE: Danish Flower Art Complex

DANISH Flower Art is holding its second Handmade Art and Craft Market.

There will be a wide variety of stalls and goods on display, including jewellery, knitted clothing, mobiles with beads, woodcraft, and jams.

There will also be delicious home-cooked meals, scones, coffee and desserts from Gourmet Cafe.

9. The Ultimate Sprintcar Chase

WHEN: Today, 3pm WHERE: Toowoomba Speedway

SEE some car racing at the Toowoomba Speedway today for the Ultimate Sprintcar Chase event.

Entry is $30 for adults.

10. Historic Harrow Homestead and Gardens open day

WHEN: Today and tomorrow, 10am to 4pm

WHERE: 700 Cambooya Felton Rd, Cambooya

THE homestead is a private home and grand residence with warmth and charm of yesteryear.

The home covers 100m2 with wide verandas on three sides and is still a working property.

The gardens cover 10 acres with a 50m rose arbour, lake with water lilies, extensive garden bed, trees, shrubs and a fish pond.

Entry is $10.
