-

THE Bull and Barley Inn, located in the heart of Cambooya, is being presented to the market by Colliers International Toowoomba sales & leasing executive Troy Anderson.

Only 19 kilometres south of Toowoomba, this hotel and restaurant is perfectly positioned in the high growth corridor of Hodgson Vale, Cambooya and Wyreema.

Built in 1902, the Bull and Barley Inn offers patrons a relaxed dining experience in a welcoming environment.

Troy Anderson from Colliers International Toowoomba stated, “the impressive infrastructure of the Bull and Barley Inn includes an outstanding commercial galley style kitchen, multiple cold rooms, a walk-in freezer, an irrigation system, a 70-kVA diesel generator and a large four bay shed”.

“The facilities consist of the main bar, a games room, the restaurant and outdoor dining, with accommodation upstairs consisting of seven boutique-style rooms plus a manager’s quarters,” Mr Anderson said.

Mr Anderson said, “having recently undergone an extensive restoration, including a new roof, electrical rewiring and an upgraded plumbing system, you can be assured that all the hard work has been done.”

The restaurant currently seats 70 diners and boasts an exceptional reputation throughout Toowoomba and the Darling Downs and presents further scope to expand.

Mr Anderson believes there is significant potential to be realised in the adjoining 2999sq m vacant land which forms part of the sale.
