Congratulations to Harry Dodd and Mike Troughton who won the club’s championship pairs defeating the team of Bob Donovan and Mick Carmody 21-13. Unfortunately they went down in the semi-final of the Champion of Champions played over the weekend. The ladies club is now holding on the first Tuesday of the month a mixed or otherwise pairs competition at 9.30am. This Tuesday is the next game. Nomination sheet is on the boards, both men and ladies boards. Please try to have your nomination team on the sheets by the Monday night before play. A flyer is displayed on the boards re the conditions of play for the pairs competition.

Competition called to be played on or before Saturday, June 6 at 12.30pm: B grade singles—J. Leppala v. B. Fiedler (marker G. Dwan); B. Wiltshire v. D. Wright (marker B. Johnstone). Competition called to be played on or before Saturday, June 17 at 12.30pm: championship triples—J. Steffens, I. Bailey, A. Kiepe v. B. Johnstone, K. Dawson, D. Wright.

The club selected pairs and triples nomination sheets are now on the notice board. Closing date for triples Sunday, June 6 to be played the weekend of June 24-25 and closing date for pairs is July 16 to be played on following Sundays, July 23 and July 30. Tame The Tiger this Friday will start off at $1150+.

Sunday social jackpot arvo will be back on this weekend. Please have your names on sheet by Saturday night or give John or Sandy Beresford a call on 4636 3766 or 0411 487 662.
