Toowoomba’s Joyce Mayne launches new lifestyle megastore
RESIDENTS know and love the Joyce Mayne Toowoomba store on Ruthven St, however now have even more reason to shop at the newly transformed space.
Following extensive renovations, the store has been expanded into the adjoining store space, with a multi-million-dollar fit out now establishing Joyce Mayne Toowoomba as the ultimate lifestyle store on the Darling Downs.
Joyce Mayne Toowoomba proprietor Wayne Peters said the expansion offered customers a buying range of up to three times the products and brands previously stocked.
“We have really taken Joyce Mayne to that next level — it is now a higher end lifestyle store but we have kept our exceptional pricing that our customers love,” Mr Peters said.
“As we are part of the Harvey Norman buying group that gives us the power to get the best price on the market.”
Mr Peters said he was passionate about passing on great prices to Toowoomba residents, as he himself and wife Tracy are locals born and bred in Toowoomba, passionate about fostering a strong community.
“This is a massive change for Toowoomba and it shows what retail is in this city — it’s healthy.”
“I am passionate about giving great service and about supporting our community.”
Joyce Mayne will be donating a 65-inch flat screen television valued at more than $7000 to the It’s A Bloke Thing charity event in August, helping raise money for prostate cancer treatment and awareness.
Joyce Mayne is also a fervent donator to monthly charity and fundraising events such as Daffodil Day, Blue September, Red Nose Day and many more.
