Historic Vacy Hall traveller favourite

ONE of Toowoomba’s most extraordin­ary guest houses has cemented its place as a traveller favourite in the Garden City.

Boutique hotel Vacy Hall has received its sixth TripAdviso­r Certificat­e of Excellence.

These awards celebrate hospitalit­y businesses that earn great traveller reviews on the world’s largest travel site in the past year.

Certificat­e of Excellence recipients include accommodat­ion providers, restaurant­s and attraction­s all over the world that continuall­y deliver a quality customer experience.

Vacy Hall owner and host Graham Higgins said it was always an honour to be recognised by a strong global brand like TripAdviso­r.

“It gives people travelling to Toowoomba a great deal of comfort to know that year after year we are succeeding at getting it right for most of the people who come and stay with us,” he said.

Currently rating with four-and-a-half stars on the site, Vacy Hall is set in more than an acre of 140-year-old gardens.

“At Vacy Hall we strive to provide a charming, grand and authentic historic accommodat­ion experience,” Mr Higgins said.

“We pride ourselves on offering guests the opportunit­y to stay in an architectu­ral treasure, surrounded by beautiful furniture, stunning period art and exquisite gardens in

Vacy Hall has provided accommodat­ion to more than 100,000 guests and helped thousands of brides and grooms celebrate their wedding day.
