AN Indian restaurant has claimed the title of top delivery restaurant in Toowoomba as listed by the world’s largest travel site.

Trip Advisor named Ice ‘N’ Spice as the best restaurant for deliveries.

It was also named the number one restaurant in town last year. It still holds the top spot with a rating of 4.5 stars on the website.

There are now two Ice ‘N’ Spice sites across the Garden City.

Its original restaurant is at Northlands Shopping Centre and a takeaway version at High Street Shopping Centre, which opened last month.

It’s owned by Jasvinder Jammu and Gurpreet Kaur. Mr Jammu credited the restaurant’s success to the business’ core family values.

“We’re definitely a family restaurant and I can’t thank our chefs enough,” he said.

“My message to Toowoomba is thank you for the support, for allowing our cooking into your homes or choosing to dine with us you are the reason we could open a second restaurant.”
