Comedy cabaret great choice for girls’ night out

-

A FORMER University of Southern Queensland student will delve into the ‘trauma’ of first world problems in a hilarious original cabaret performed in The Armitage Centre on August 5.

Following their first performance at the Empire Theatre in 2015, the #FirstWorldWhiteGirls are back with Botox Party, a show that further satirises first world entitlement and the self-obsessed ‘me’ generation.

Performed in cabaret style in The Armitage Centre, this performance can be enjoyed via a seating bank or at tables, allowing the audience to enjoy a night of wine, cheese and great laughs.

Created by and starring USQ graduate Judy Hainsworth and co-starring Meggan Hickey, #FirstWorldWhiteGirls is a hilariously narcissistic blend of comedy and catchy vocals.

This show takes a peek into the lifestyles of the rich and heinous, set a soundtrack of original comic songs exposing the struggles of our time: snapchat filters, designer dogs and the Refugee diet.

Join the #FirstWorldWhiteGirls for the most exclusive party in town, grab a botox cocktail and join the girls for an outrageous hour of confessions, makeovers, celebrity worship and backstabbing in a hilarious celebration of first world vanity.

Don’t miss this chance to see just how offensive privilege can be.

#FirstWorldWhiteGirls is directed by Lewis Jones.
