GOT a spare $3.3 million? Because these top-ranking Toowoomba apartments could be yours.
The 11 serviced units based in Harristown could sell for a total of more than $3 million after they were put on the market last week.
The four-star Annand Mews Serviced Apartments, based on Drayton Rd south of the CBD, are a frequent destination for corporate clients on business trips, according to Blue Moon Property agent Stephen Colasimone.
“The accommodation industry in Toowoomba is thriving and Annand Mews meets the high demand for quality serviced apartments,” he said in the online listing.
“Many repeat corporate clients secure bookings from two weeks to two months and their staff request the highest standard of accommodation.”
The property was also highlighted for its self-contained units, featuring all modern creature comforts.
