Your home care solutions

HOME Instead Senior Care Toowoomba was established in 2015 by registered nurse Donna Weis.

Donna has almost 20 years’ experience in community aged care and saw a need for a quality in-home care provider in the Darling Downs that can provide home care seven days a week, 24-hours a day.

Last month, Home Instead Senior Care Toowoomba became an approved provider of home care packages.

It is an exciting time for the office as it opens up their high-quality services to all older Australians living in the Darling Downs, whether you have access to government subsidised home care, are fully self-funded or a combination of both.

Clients receiving government funded packages also receive all the benefits that private fee for service clients receive — high quality in-home care individualised to their own needs, flexibility to choose their times and days of service and change these at any time, Home Instead Senior Care guarantees continuity of CAREGivers.

Alongside this there are no start-up costs, low management fees and no exit fees.

Home Instead do not charge the basic daily care fee, saving clients — most of whom are on a pension — around $70 per week.

Becoming an approved provider was part of the goal for the office to change the face of ageing in this region so that clients have much more choice and control over how their government funding is spent.

Services are also provided to suit the client and do not require the client to fit into the service or system.

Any questions on how to choose Home Instead as your preferred provider or how you can gain approval to receive a Home Care Package and start receiving the help you need to support you living at home longer while maintaining your independence, please phone the office on 4613 0574.

The friendly office team can guide you every step of the way or offers a free, no obligation in-home consultation with you and your loved ones.
