GREEN TEABAG EYE PATCHES

ENJOY THESE REFRESHING AND UPLIFTING TREATS!

Step 1. Soak two green teabags in a glass of hot water for five minutes.

Step 2. Remove the teabags from the hot water and squeeze to remove excess water.

Step 3. Place the teabags into the fridge for approximat­ely 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 4. Cleanse your face with cool water and pat dry.

Step 5. Lie down and place the chilled teabags under your eyes. Leave in place for 15 to 20 minutes.

Alternativ­ely: Take teabags from the hot water and place into cool water (rather than the fridge). Then, squeeze the water out and place them under your eyes.

GREEN TEA STEAM FACIAL

Step 1. Boil water and pour it into a large bowl.

Step 2. Take a green teabag, cut it open, and empty the contents into the hot water.

Step 3. Take a towel and place it over your head. Bend over the bowl, making sure your face isn’t very close to the water but is close enough to feel the steam. Stay under the towel for five minutes.

GREEN TEA AND PLAIN YOGHURT FACE MASK

Plain yogurt is packed full of vitamin D, calcium and protein, making it a great moisturise­r. It is gentle on sensitive skin and helps reduce blemishes, acne, sunburns while the lemon juice in this recipe acts as a deep cleanser.

Ingredient­s:

1 green teabag 2 tblsp plain Greek yoghurt 1 tsp lemon juice Step 1. Take a green teabag, cut it open and put leaves into a bowl.

Step 2. Add yoghurt and lemon juice to bowl. Mix the ingredient­s together until they are well combined. It should look like thick white cream with lots of green flecks.

Step 3. Using a facial mask, brush or spatula, apply the paste onto your face.

Step 4. Leave the mixture on your skin for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 6. Wash your face with cold water and pat your face dry with a towel.
