An elegant runway event eclipsed Rumours International in late July, delighting fashion crowds across the Downs

On Saturday, July 29, crowds gathered at Rumours International for a spectacular evening — the Stepping Out Winter Glamour Fashion Event, supporting the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation.

Celebrating everything that resounds locally-available couture, the evening gathered locals and fashionistas alike for a night on the runway with the professionalism of Kaye Foley Model Agency at the helm.

Toowoomba Hospital Foundation CEO Alison Kennedy was very happy with how the evening progressed.

“We were thrilled to be picked as the charity of choice for this year’s inaugural Stepping Out Winter Glamour Fashion event, and what an event it was,” Alison says.

“We enjoyed a fantastic night out of fashion and fun, with all money raised from the event

staying local to help sick kids in the Toowoomba Hospital’s paediatric unit.

“Every dollar counts, so we cannot thank the organisers and supporters of this event enough for their contribution to the Toowoomba Hospital Foundation.”

Models of all ages dazzled the event, showcasing a variety of lines available to purchase across the region to suit every style, for men, women and children.

Prizes and raffles delighted the guests, including best dressed prizes for particularly well-adorned attendants.

Guests really enjoyed the unique and classy evening.
