Clothing shop to open at Walton Stores

-

WALTON Stores is known for being a foodie haven but something new will soon open at the precinct.

Rural clothing store RB Sellars announced yesterday it would open at Walton Stores this month.

The announcement read: “Toowoomba - a change is coming. We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it.

“In conjunction with the Walton Stores cultural transformation, RB Sellars welcomes the opportunity to join the community with our first Queensland store opening mid-September in the heart of Toowoomba.

“This spring shoppers will be able to enjoy a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, where they can sit by the fire or under the air conditioner, peruse their favourite RB Sellars’ wares as well as share in the history of the brand and its rural-inspired journey.”

RB Sellars began 20 years ago and has been outfitting residents of rural and regional Australia since 1996.

Having launched with a menswear selection, it has grown over the years to offer a selection of workwear and casual clothing for men, women and children.

RB Sellars founder and creative director Richard Sellars said opening a Queensland store had been on his radar for a long time.

“After the success and positive feedback we have received on field days in the area, we look forward to sharing an outstanding retail location,” he said.

It will join Junk, Hello Harry and Nitrogenie at the precinct, along with The Moose and Harajuku Gyoza which are also set to open this month.
