A DEVELOPMENT site in the Moreton Bay Region northern Brisbane growth corridor with DA-approval for a major convenience centre with a fast food drive-through opportunity is being offered for sale via auction through Ray White Commercial.
Rothwell Edge, a centrally located site on a land area of 8055sq m at 560 Anzac Ave, Rothwell, is being marketed by Stephen Kidd and Elliot Kidd of Ray White Commercial (Qld) in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield.
Stephen said Rothwell Edge was one of Brisbane’s premier commercial development sites and located in a growth corridor benefiting from major new infrastructure such as the $1.15 billion Moreton Bay Rail Link.

The site will be auctioned from 10.30am (AEST) on Thursday, September 22, at the Ray White Corporate rooms at Level 26, 111 Eagle Street, Brisbane.
