Clients first for Breakaway

-

WITH over 30 years’ experience in the Darling Downs region, Breakaway Toowoomba is changing the way it does business to better service the needs of people with a disability.

Offering a range of support services tailored to meet the needs of clients, including one-on-one support, in-home or community support, short term accommodation and supported independent living as well as a range of social groups and activities, Breakaway Toowoomba aims to provide quality care and support.

Breakaway Toowoomba has undergone some changes to ensure that we are best placed to continue offering our high quality services in the NDIS environment.

We believe that these changes will allow us to provide more consistent, high quality services and make sure Breakaway is able to meet the current and future needs of the Darling Downs community.

Breakaway executive officer Deeann Natividad likes to think of the organisation as a family.

“Being a part of the Breakaway family means we care about making sure we are providing best service and work together to design quality supports,” Deeann said.

“Just like a family, everyone is different and we work hard to identify individual needs and provide flexibility,” she said.

“And just like family, we will always be there and will always do our best to find solutions to meet needs — that’s what’s important to us.

“Breakaway exists to support our participants to live the life they choose – and we are committed to ensuring their needs are at the heart of what we do.”
