Casa Dei Sogni offers ultimate lifestyle retreat.

BE wowed by one of Toowoomba’s most acclaimed homes, Casa Dei Sogni.

Built by Downs Designer Homes, this Italian-style villa has won multiple awards and was a national finalist in the 2016 Master Builders House of the Year awards.

From the moment you step into the home, you’ll know you are in for something special, with glimpses of the opulence on offer.

The entry foyer boasts a feature chandelier bought from the Grand Bazaar in Instanbul; two offices flow off the entry; the main office is ideal for a home business as it is extremely generous and the smaller office could be converted into sauna with plumbing installed.

The main open-plan living room is at the heart of the home and flows out beautifull­y to the outdoor living and the pool area.

The living room is fitted with 4m high ceilings, a natural gas fireplace and four speakers with built in behind the gyprock.

The kitchen is absolutely stunning with Tasmanian Oak cabinetry stained to match the staircase, caesarston­e benchtops, Miele appliances including a 900mm pyrolytic self-cleaning oven, a 900mm ceramic induction cooktop, a steam oven, a microwave, rangehood and a Fisher Paykel 900mm dishwasher drawer.

A Tasmanian Oak staircase, with hand-made wrought iron balustrade leads to the upper level, which features the bedrooms.
