New position for growing Landmark Harcourts business

-

THE Landmark Harcourts team have moved to a prominent new position at 227 West St.

This easy access location on the corner of West and Baynes St, Harristown will be the new home for the growing real estate company.

Business owner and principal Mark Abra was delighted with the change.

“We have been looking for a new place for some time as access and parking throughout the CBD is becoming increasingly difficult,” Mr Abra said.

“Now our clients and staff alike can come and go more freely which greatly assists our day-to-day operation.”

The Landmark Harcourts business has a solid history in Toowoomba since 2003 selling residential, lifestyle, commercial and rural properties across the downs.

“We have a strong residential focus from our Harcourts side of the business and our residential team are making inroads with some impressive sales in the last quarter,” Mr Abra said.

With two licensed auctioneers in house we are looking forwarded to the continued growth of our auctions and clearing sales which is a great service to our lifestyle and rural clients also.”

For the month of October to celebrate the new opening Landmark Harcourts are offering free written market appraisals until October 31.

This initiative will enable anyone who needs an update of what their home is worth to receive a current endorsed letter which can be kept for insurance purposes, bank, family or just peace of mind.

“Our staff are busy throughout the town this time of year doing appraisals anyway so they are ready for the call,” Mr Abra said.

To book your free market appraisal or for any real estate queries you may have contact Mark and the team on 4688 9700 or drop into the new office at 227 West St for a cuppa and a chat.
