Universal Drones acquires James St showroom

UNIVERSAL Drones has purchased a warehouse-office complex in a prime location on the fringe of the Toowoomba CBD through Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.

The company has moved to 180 James St, South Toowoomba, following a sales deal negotiated by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Daniel McNamara.

Mr McNamara said the property on a land area of approximat­ely 1012sq m is in the sought-after mixed-use precinct and close to the Centrepoin­t Shopping Centre.

“This building features a showroom, numerous offices and a warehouse with high roller door access,” he said.

“The property enjoys fabulous exposure to James St and has two entrances and plenty of parking.”
