Restaurant changes menu
THE restaurant that brought a new and unique concept to Toowoomba has expanded its menu.
Absolute Grill, in the Bell St Mall, combines all you can eat with do-it-yourself over-the-table live barbecuing.
Now, it has added an up-market modern menu, serving authentic Indian street food, sharing plates and curries.
The restaurant now offers an express lunch menu, bar menu including a range of cocktails, takeaways, and deliveries from 5pm.
For those in a 1km radius delivery is free, for a 5km radius delivery is $10 and up to 15km delivery is $15.
Owners Nadia and Peter Madan said it was all about constantly bringing something new to their restaurant.
“We still have our stand-out all you can eat barbecue menu, but we wanted to offer more variety,” Mr Madan said.
“Professional chefs craft our fresh Indian cuisine with all of our spices grounded in-house.”

are the authentic Indian butter chicken, charred smoked eggplant bhartha and lamb with apricot and potato straws.
Mrs Madan said the new menu was a way to keep up with demand.
“We are different to many Indian restaurants as we have our own style with all dishes,” she said.
“We use local produce and change up our menu based on the season’s produce.”
Absolute Grill is now taking bookings for Christmas dinners and parties.
